After reviewing your current time, it seems you didn't meet the minimum requirement of hours to even be considered. We do recommend having a minimum playtime of 12 hours (this goes for every user). It also seems after a day gone by you still haven't made any commitment to try obtaining more playtime. I assume you've possibly become uninterested in playing.
